I got a mod before starting fallout and it was the handheld touchscreen pipboy, but it would crash the game upon clicking "play" so I disabled it, and it would appear as if I was still holding the handheld pipboy, even though it wasnt there and even when I erased the mod from the files and deleted the mod loader and even uninstalled the game and all its data and re installed it from scratch! It STILL came up as me holding an invisble handhelp pipboy. I never even saw it before i just became me holding up an invisible screen that couldn't function.
